About the Series

Inspired by Ubisoft's hit video game property, the self-contained anthology series will be available on Hulu and be produced by FX Productions. The show will also follow the video games' structure by featuring a different location and group of personalities in subsequent series.

Creative Minds

Rob Mac, producer of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Noah Hawley, the visionary behind FX's Alien: Earth and Fargo, will serve as showrunners on the series via their companies, More Better Productions for Mac, and 26 Keys for Hawley. They will be accompanied by Emilia Serrano for 26 Keys, Nick Frenkel for 3 Arts, Jackie Cohn for More Better Productions, John Campisi, Gerard Guillemot, Margaret Boykin, and Austin Dill for Ubisoft Film & Television.

Cast and Future Plans

Mac will also appear in the show, but as of now, we are unsure of what character that may be. Hawley's Alien: Earth was recently renewed for more episodes, with FX and Disney agreeing to a new long-term contract with the producer.

A release window for when we can expect the new Far Cry show has not yet been revealed. The series will stream on Hulu in the United States and on Disney Plus internationally.
